The front desk staff were cute, and i had a lovely chat with a wonderful lady about her sugar gliders. The room was super clean and cozy, just like the pictures. Plus, i enjoyed some recreational opportunities that added fun to my visit.

Location: the hotel was next to several restaurants. Furthermore, in the immediate walking area. Our room was well-maintained and pet-friendly, offered with very comfortable beds, microwave plus nice large fridge. Everything seemed really good, fairly clean.

There was no elevator.

The hotel was easy to find after a long drive.

The front desk staff was rude. After a 14-hour drive, I encountered an unfriendly clerk who took an unreasonable amount of time to check me in. It was annoying to deal with the lack of assistance so late at night.

I arrived late, worn out from my long drive, and was met by the warmest welcome from a good woman at the front desk who shared stories about her pet sugar gliders! My Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was exactly as shown in the photos, immaculate and cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a treat, with eggs and pastries, made my morning just perfect!

The front desk staff consistently provided friendly and professional service. Breakfast included freshly. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, and the ice machine was quite loud during the night, which slightly disrupted my rest.

It was immaculate and featured a very comfortable bed, which greatly aided in my rest after a long workday. The breakfast options were satisfying.

The rooms at the hotel were cozy and had a nice seating area. the flat-screen TV and MP3 docking station were a nice touch for chilling after a long day of trekking.

the air conditioning didn't work well so it was a bit warmer than I'd like. but the breakfast had fresh fruit and the bathroom was spotless! the front desk staff were really helpful, too!

The location was quiet and good - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Balthrop Park was 1 mile away from the venue. - We were given a king room with central heating, flat-screen television, and coffee/tea making equipment.
